Zirigdum, schidum, dum, dum!… If it is Carnival season (February/March) in Rio, you will have a lifetime experience watching the official parades from the Sambadrome. Otherwise, this tour will bring to you all the fun and history of Carnival as we see the Samba stadium, especially project by the brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer in 1984 and try samba costumes for funny pictures. Then, move to the City of Samba, where all the main samba schools (teams) have a private shed to built their allegorical cars and manufacture the costumes. At this place you will also learn more about the social, cultural and economical importance of Carnival for all the inhabitants of Rio. Tour heads back to hotel.
